History
Situated in a quiet rural setting, the Hillside Bed and Breakfast is an old restored 1870’s farmhouse. What started the Bed and Breakfast was when Dean’s mom, Margaret Gamble, suggested that Dean start a Bed and Breakfast, in 1997. Then on August 27th 1997, Dean had his first guest when he was 38 and single. Angie, Dean’s wife, married into the business in 2003. They were married in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2008, four bedrooms, a recreational room, banquet room, and 37 acres were added to the existing home. As of 2023, the Hillside Bed & Breakfast has enjoyed twenty-six years of providing service to their guests.
